STANDARD INSPECTION:
Inspect for signs of trespassing/weather damage.
Ensure windows and doors are locked.
Remove litter, newspapers and flyers. Blow off front entry.
Spray minor weeds. Inspect landscaping.
Test irrigation system for proper watering and adjust as needed.
Repair easy to get to above ground irrigation leaks.
Flag underground leaks for landscaper repair.
Inspect interior for water leaks and pests.
Run garbage disposal every visit. Run washer and dishwasher monthly.
Monitor appliances, air conditioning and heating.
Add water to sinks, toilets, tubs and evaporation buckets if used.
Replace owner provided batteries for smoke detectors and irrigation timers.
Tend to golf carts and cars if required.
Email report after each visit with pictures as needed.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Turn on main water supply.
Turn water heater up to desired setting.
Adjust AC or heating to desired setting.
Plug in garage door openers or unlock.
Empty evaporation buckets and store in garage.
